Tuesday...
On this grey and chilly day I had in mind staying in bed, blowing my nose a lot, sleeping... But it is not to be. I am drinking a cup of coffee instead of napping in the hope it will perk me up enough to get in the car and drive our ballots for a local election down to the ballot drop-off box a couple of miles away. It has to be done, and I will do it. Shortest ballot ever: choose one from a field of 4 for a city council seat. I already knew who I was voting for, so it was done in a moment....
