When I'm anxious about deadlines and time, I start out early and drive the top of the speed limit. So I got to the Colorado Passport Agency about 45 min before my appointment. No problem, just went right on through the process: three checkpoints before getting to the Adjudicator with all my paperwork approved by the guys before her.
