Home before dark!
We started the morning in Grants, New Mexico where it was 8F, and the Denny's we finally found our way to was closed. By the time we found that out, the car was beginning to warm up, and after a bit of growling, we were heading east on I-40. At Albuquerque we connected with I-25, our road the rest of the way home. In Santa Fe we got off the highway to find a yarn shop on the chance I'd find the specific colors of Malabrigo that I needed--and I did! Also found some other lovely merino wools for...
