My husband loves the movie, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly with Clint Eastwood. I fall asleep each time I attempt to watch the movie with him. About this Blog

After years as an educator, serving as a teacher and administrator, I have experienced profoundly the focus of my dissertation. I looked at conflict resolution in an elementary school setting. As an individual, initially I did not realize the impact of early learning (in the home) and the real impact on student learning. It is clear now after observing and seeing the dysfunctional behavior prevalent in all aspects of society. This blog will serve as a place to share and receive information that can benefit many in a reciprocal way.
