DID YOU HEAR SOMETHING, what was that?

NOISE In the distance, noise I can hear, Human or natural, it's always there, For the attentive ear can always hear, Truck in the distance, wind in the trees, I should think it would drive someone mad, Yet, even silence has a sound of it own unique, For when we can hear nothing, we imagine sound, Now I say beat the drum, sound the trumpet, ring forth, For noise is life universal, even in the hearts of space beyond, What sound would you hear, pleasing and soothing, comforting too, Listen to your...
