If you "google" Animated Atlantic infrared image, you'll see the Bush/Bp ion cannons firing on you. The red on the above "doppler" indicates HAARP blasts. It appears the power of the blasts are being relayed. They start in western Africa, are relayed from there to South America, to Central America to the East Coast.
