Jimmy Rod's Best TV performance by a toddler? Troian Bellisario!

In the "Quantum Leap" episode, "Another Mom," little Miss Bellisario, rules! A tough role for a pre-schooler. Her mom gets turned into "everyone's hero" Sam, while Troian plays the role of the cutest 'miniature-girl' in TV history. And she pulls that one off, too! The reason I stopped long enough to write this story was the taste of irony I got out of this particular hour-long show.
