"Curiosity" Lands on Mars! It Joins its Brother Rovers on the Red Planet!
It reminds me of a Star Trek the Next Generation episode. Little flying robot/"dogs" called exocomps, that can fly into difficult to reach areas. Then they "replicate " the correct tool and repair the item. At the end of this episode, STNG has its audience "all-choked-up" about a "dead exocomp." One of "Curiosity's" brother rovers has "passed away." After going WAY PAST its expected life span, it sadly stopped sending its signal. The other is still miraculously sending information.
