This hurricane (Isaac) shimmers like oil on the Weather Channel Doppler radar. That's because it contains massive oil from the Bush/Bp oil "spill" in 2010. The purple on the Doppler is oil belching to the surface of the Gulf of Mexico. The right-wing planet killers have "tapped the spill" and are releasing"petro-poison" into the environment, at will.
