Hey, GWB! Where did you hide our Fighter Jets on 9-11-01, mini-man?

Forty minutes passed between the time Boston air traffic control screamed bloody-murder and the moment the second tower was hit! Forty minutes! Meanwhile little cowardly gwb was running around like "a chicken with its head off." He was obviously refusing any responsibility for defending America, on 9-11-01.
