Mick Belker's Perp's Solution for a hot day or night!
It was another fast moving episode of "Hill Street Blues." Belker is booking a recently arrested suspect. His mom calls, as usual. She's crying to her son about how unbearably hot it is. Belker doesn't know what to tell her. The suspect overhears Belker's, mother's misery. He tells Belker that what he does when he's frying, is to fill up the bathtub with cold water.
