Bush and Rove are dumping more oil into the Gulf of Mexico. It not only poisons the gulf, it also creates bad weather in the eastern part of America. Look at the way the bad weather follows weather coming out of the Gulf of Mexico, on the doppler. It's the oil from the 2010 Gulf Spill.
