GO TO, "Animated Atlantic infrared image." NOLA is supposed to be keeping an eye on the weather for us. Instead they are covering-up the Obvious! Half of the Doppler is blocked. It's the area that shows HAARP creating Hurricanes. As long as we can see that "Animated Atlantic infrared image," we can see that disaster coming.
