You can see it at Animated Atlantic infrared image. That red on gold is HAARP fire. It is designed to control our weather. It is doing that. Today, Bush is trying to throw tornados at the south. The heart of our problems are at those red HAARP blasts. The red in South America is the recoil from a huge HAARP blast. The east coast of America is the main target.
