We Are Our Brothers' Keepers

There is a mandate that says, Jews worldwide must watch out and take care of one another. This does not mean that Jews can screw everyone else - we live by the rules of justice and compassion for all. What this does mean is that if there's a Jewish person starving in the Ukraine or in Rangoon (there are 8 Jews in Rangoon, believe it or not), we must all be our "brother's keeper."
