Mark came of a long line of compulsive photographers, and he had inherited a large, and extremely valuable collection of photographs; many of which dated back to the 1860s. They held images from the American Civil War; the Boer War; the first and second world wars. The Korean War, besides numerous other minor colonial conflicts.
