Now that the Red Cross has revised the way CPR should be performed, I am sure that many more lives will be saved, by these new instructions. Now, instead of having to alternate between chest compressions and rescue breathing, (it is likely that most people would forget how many of each was recommended) 100 chest compressions per minute, both oxygenates and circulates the blood.
