Making sure that Marilyn can remain mobile is not without it's own danger!
Yesterday, Marilyn took delivery of a brand new, motorized, wheelchair that she fully intends to never, ever actually use. “Denial, thy name is woman.” This convoluted ability to plan ahead for a future which “ One ” irrationally hopes will never happen, even though this “ One ” knows better, and has also observed predicted, early signs of needed technological assistance to remain mobile, from observance of new limitations in “ One’s ” daily life, etc., MUST be a primarily female trait.
