Since according to medical studies, dancing is good for one’s heart, and I understand that swimming is an even better exercise for benefiting heart health, because swimming uses all of our muscles at once. Fish oil has been proven to be another useful tool in preventing heart trouble. Hmmmmm. The way my mind works, I postulate that most swimmers who dance, and take fish oil supplements, have strong, healthy hearts.
