Okay, I'm NOT the church lady, so let's pull the chain tied to the axle, and to a post, on the next cop car we see waiting at a speed trap. It worked in AMERICAN GRAFITTI! Or was it ANIMAL HOUSE? My boss sent me this yesterday. I had seen something similar in the past, but I think the person in the earlier posting, was the Pope.
