Immediate Gratification Found in Shades of Darkness
Death kept its distance from me this day. Though aware that cast-offs of darkness were frequently a result of my growth in light and an opportunity for Death to feast, this day the opposite were true. This day darkness enveloped me. There was no rhyme or reason for it. Upon awakening, I felt no different than any other day.
