I've been doing healing touch on my hip along with deep breathing and chanting in the jacuzzi. Today, when I got up I noticed that my hip wasn't hurting. I had to go to the chiropractor this afternoon and when I was filling out the pain assessment form and any new complaints, it dawned on me that I wasn't hurting anywhere. I haven't had that happen in a long time. So now, instead of just being put back to a starting point, I can actually move forward. Tomorrow I'm going to start QiQong. I've had...
