Chart reviews again
The chart review this time is for my clinic and I will be reviewing the charts prior to the audit to make sure all is well. I have spent the day studying HEDIS and the markers that will be evaluated. I have been given the task to orient the staff to what is being evaluated and what is expected of their documentation and scheduling and patient accessibility and monitoring, BY NEXT FRIDAY MORNING.
