A Rough Day at Work
We lost a child today. He was a 2 year old and he was accidently backed over by his mother's van. We sent an interpreter and a FNP student over to the hospital to support the family. Of course everyone was upset all day. When our staff got back, after being with the family for 5 hours at the hospital, they said the ER staff had not been very comforting to the family.
