FRY SOME ONION AND ADD SOME PEPPER, GARAM MASALA, TURMERIC, SALT AS NEEDED..... AND A LIL OF CORRIANDER AND CUMIN...... ADD A LIL WATER, ADD SOME FINE CHOPPED TOMATOES.......
