My eight year old was a child volunteer at the Lance Burton Magic show at the Monte Carlo in Vegas. I am renaming him Ham Bone. Earlier during the performance Lance reveals that he grew up in Kentucky. So my son on stage ( picked as the dummy to disappear) tells a joke: " What were the rednecks'...
