What? You mean you don't think 9/11 is an excuse for the US to treat every one of its citizens like a potential criminal, making it almost impossible to open a bank account if your name is "Mohammad" or ends in double-syllables? As for that other kind of terrorist, they're called CEOs, and they seem to grow from an evil organization called Business Management School. The only way to weed them out is with shareholder litigation and cattle prods. Oh...and just a minor correction...the word you're looking for is "lackadaisical," as in lax to the point of ridiculous disregard for the safety of every American.
