I am quite talented in this area
There are many ways to go about this. There is the really horrendous, spill your total guts out kind, then there is the really loud pukers, and then the ones that have the dry heave thing going on. Oh, and don't forget about the one's that can puke out of their nose and mouth at the same time. That one takes real talent.
