Well, if you can't reach your doctor....
can you reach the pharmacist? He might at least be able to tell you whether you ought to go direct to an ER or if it's safe to wait it out. And he might be able to tell you whether it would be safe to stop taking it or to take half as much...or something!

Mummy, I love you dearly.
Thank you for looking out for me. I, too, have a printed out sheet of symptoms right next to me with a highlighter at hand so I can check each as it happens.
Oh and the frequent urination part started yesterday. Now, not only do I sit there for a year and a day before anything comes out, but I also gotta do it every 15 minutes! Add to this equation the fact that I have been gulping water like crazy (since I feel dehydrated and see symptoms of it as well), and you got me running to the bathroom every 7 or 8 minutes! A task, sadly, not conducive to the sleep I so desperately need.

Jemmie....
Here's why I am worried: your symptoms sound to me (thought I am not a doctor) like you are approaching the OD stage, which could indicate that you are not eliminating the drug properly.
Wellbutrin Side Effects
These are common side effects:
- drowsiness
- weakness or tiredness
- excitement or anxiety
- dry mouth

- change in appetite or weight
Tell your doctor if any of these Wellbutrin symptoms are severe or do not go away:
- frequent urination
- difficulty urinating
- constipation
- blurred vision
- change in sex drive or ability
- excessive sweating
- headaches
If you experience any of the following Wellbutrin symptoms, call your doctor immediately:
- seizures or tremors
- loss of coordination
- fever
- severe skin rash
- itching
- hives
- chest pain
- shortness of breath
- muscle or joint pain
- yellowing of the skin or eyes
- irregular heartbeat
Symptoms of Wellbutrin overdose may include:
- difficulty breathing or swallowing
- dizziness
- fainting
- shakiness
- sweating
- confusion
- blurred vision
- seizure
- seeing things or hearing voices that do not exist (hallucinating)
- loss of consciousness
- rapid or pounding hearbeat
- blurred vision
- lightheadedness
- confusion
- lack of energy
- upset stomach
- jitteriness

Machine
Called again.
Got the machine.
Left a long-winded message--Of the variety I typically despise, but deem worthy in this case as, since I am now seeking medical attention, it is my health we are dealing with here!

Do not say fail!
Called once. Phone rang about a bazillion times.
Called again. Receptionist picked up and immediately put me on hold for 2 minutes and 9 seconds, at which time I hung up.
I'll try calling back in a few. Once I get Squeaky out of whatever Freako Fit he's in now. (I swear to all that is holy in the world that last night as I was in bed trying to get some sleep, I actually saw some of these invisible-to-normal-human things that the Squeakster chases around all the time!)

Okay okay!
I'll call my doc. But seeing as how
she's the one who prescribed the devil drug, I don't see what good it'll do. And I don't want to go to the ER because the last time I was there the doc who treated me is one of the students I used to work closely with as an advisor, and to have her brother poking and prodding--even in the strictly professional manner he did--is just creepy!

Honey, this can't go on much longer
You have got to find out what's going on in that body of yours. Please see a doctor. Medical, mental, someone who can help you sleep. Or I'm going to come down there and wear you out. >:-)
