Hey Hillbilly, be proud!
Just ask Billy about how I feel about a woman with a good rack! Every time he talks about "hitting the rack" (sailor speak), I giggle. And, please, son, I know who makes the off the wall comments here. No foolin' me. Btw, I loved the "running round the house with the bible" in Billy's naked cleaning post! Very funny!

So, Wench, what you're saying is the girls helped in naming you?
You know, that small shelf right beneath your chin? I got ya, girl. Something else we have in common. :::takes beer off small shelf, takes a sip:::

I always love it when you say those things. Say it again. :) This one surprised me, it's one that you write and go...hey, I like that. The tortured place, for me and Billy, brings a powerful muse. Poetic is in the eye of the reader, sweet beedle. I think your fucking fabulous.

You are very welcome, Temple
Thank you - & Beedle :) - for saying you like my name :). My partner nick-named me such years ago, 'cause of my love for medievaly things (the legends captured within the poetry & literature & art-works of that time etc) &, um, 'cause of a couple of other things, too
xx

I'm not poetic.

I had a little cargo in me last night. ;)
Even though time is our only salvation, you plant the seed...you must tend to it, nurture it, be gentle and observant. Without those loving hands, it won't flourish or find it's potential.

great poem sweet girl...
nothing more violent or powerful than getting beat around in a heavy surf, digging your hands into sand that just slips gritty thru your fingers as the rip pulles you back out and the nxt wave steals the air you gasp for. Time is our only salvation...and life is just a game we must wait out. Certain chairs make the wait more comfortable.

Hi Temple :)
I really enjoyed this poem ... I love the rhythm of :
"and sand beats
soft sad cheek"
You have captured a very apt wave-like cadence with your words. Very good stuff :)
