Hi Schatz... I'm not sure if my comment has been misunderstood...
There's really no need to feel apologetic about this joke. As I mentioned in my earlier comment, I'm not offended by this joke. Believe me... I've heard racial jokes here that are far worse than this one.
As for the other point I was trying to make, what I am trying to say is while this joke is funny, I am not sure how long it can remain in circulation. This is because the general standard of English among Chinese is improving.
I shall look forward to the next joke.

At my wedding reception, my father in law and his brother, both in their 70's, started telling Polish jokes (which, of course, is because I am Polish). My Mother in law nearly had a stroke trying to get them to be quiet. I was laughing. I don't mind it, as long as it isn't hateful. We had a serious argument earlier this year when he was using the word nigger in front of my children. He actually tried to explain the difference between niggers and blacks to me, and my husband had to restrain me. He still says it every once in a while as a dig. I guess time will change it all. Thanks for coming by, sorry if it was drawn by the title.

This joke is funny, but not quite realistic...
It is in the same category as the Chinese 'Supply' joke.
On a more serious note, the standards of English among Chinese has improved, even in places like China, due to a myriad of factors, including migration and education in Western nations. It's occurring in pockets though, not across the board.
Oh... I'd better clarify this before I get branded as a racist. I'm a Chinese by the way. Where I come from, race-related jokes like this one are mild. It's something my countrymen are used to.
