Sarge, ever thought of raising the bar for applicants? Hopefully, you'll find yourself talking to less people who will tell you "my punctuation is my worst characteristic."

Hey PS
You really should look at what you do on the job everyday and see if you can distill it into a series of truths or teachings like in your karate class. It mind lend for some interesting commentary on a bigger scale. I think that based on the sum total of your blog writing , there is something bigger out there and one day you will find your way to bringing it all together and making a book out of it. I would sure give it a read. Have a good weekend.

| I can relate to some of the dumb answers that you have gotten from IP's. I have been a business owner for many years and spent years before that in Business Adminstration. I was office manager for a Cardiology Group in the early 90's and some the prospects responded much in the same manner. I think you would agree that they need to study more? |
