Positions are open, huh? Cool!!
I have a mini-dahsy, Bronte, whom as well as being too gorgeous for words has a very fine nose for vermin ... her breed was, um, bred to hunt out rabbits and hares (and her standard counterparts, badgers) so I'm thinking she'd be just right to nab a mole or two!!! Call us if you need us, Quirky One

damn vermins. stop eating my furniture!
So what do we do? It's really not fair to alot of good writers who are in the back pages. We must get rid of them! I think if we spot these "vermin", we should lick their posts, like scribe does.

Makes sense, methinks.
The only thing is, if we're all paying each other based on what we read and how often, and a bunch of people are buying different handles and clicking them to infinity, then aren't they just sort of getting rich by trading hats with each other, in addition to being somewhat pathetic, slimy, and less than truthful?
Maybe I'm missing something. As I've told all my math teachers, I can write an Algebra book; I just can't use it. The only Algebra I ever knew at all was the mule on "Lil Rascals."
Anyway, keep up the provovative postings. Always lots 'o' fun!
Best,
Strat

Well, Q-A, ya couldn't have said it better here...
Especially when you said, "to see what might not be overtly obvious to laypersons. Secondly, it's not rocket science we're talking about, people! Finally, the secret alliance, though extremely clever and capable of many shrewd things, are not professionals, meaning…they often slip up." Yes, they do and often DO!! How could this all NOT be noticable to others?

Shocking and unfair!!
I'm shocked! I have nothing against one person using several handles, that can be kind of intriguing and funny. But to group together and feed off each other for rankings - pretty pathetic I think. Ruins the meaning of being here for the rest of us. But I suppose I basically agree with Talion's view. They obviously need a real life! Thanks for sharing Quirky.

Well, you've covered all the bases and exposed the problem. How do we fix it? Please remember let's not be mean to our new members for no reason other then their writing style is like someone elses. made a good point, that people always trip themselves up when they try to get away with something. Perhaps the next step is to gather the evidence then name those names and state the evidence.

I might have missed my calling. I figured out that honesty and integrity mean nothing here without the degree. But all kidding aside, just imagine how insignificant their lives must be if this is the only joy they can get from blogging. If that's what they believe it takes to be number one, then let them have it. I've already realized that it's not in the cards for me, so it really doesn't matter who is.
