belle, no, my path did not leave destruction in its wake,
so it can't be compared to a tornado ;-)

Vivid description
I could picture the whole scene. You started out with a small detail and expanded on the whole scene until it resounded in my mind that a tornado had hit this town.

Quirky, your description was very vivid.
Are you writing here from the experience of being in or around a tornado?

Original, thanks, it's probably not too hard to tell what happened, but I'm
more interested in knowing if people could really picture the scene or not.

A horde of gory Space alien's ghosts or Zues got pissed off that the chick wouldn't sleep with him and sent the bitch tornado. Either, I'm getting sicker or I'm feeling better.

Quirky,
Well I have two guesses (1) a tornado. Poor little doggie. (2) aftermath of a banned blogger, heehee. Hey this is really good. When are you hitting Hollywood? shadow

tornado, given its location
more likely than hurricane. Ever hear that song by The Call, "Oklahoma"? Good tornado song. tg
