thanks for the quotes!  Just saw your homepage.  Love that Kokopelli!  Was a symbol for us on the North American Tour (see blog!).  Worked well as  fertility symbol.  After the trip we conceived Sofia, very quickly! tg

if it's relationship screwed over

usually something sexist from my favorite group.  "Under my thumb" or "Stupid Girl."  If it's job-related screwed over, something like the Minutmen's "This Ain't No Picnic" or the Sex Pistols' cover of the Stooges'
"No Fun" from their final concert, the one where Johnny Rotten says, "ever get the feeling you're being cheated??!!" tg

I gave you a new movie trivia challenge instead, so
you can't moan about getting beat to the draw...now let's see if you can name the movie, hehe. I'm heading out of preschool for the night.

oh sorry, me bad,
but then you already knew that didn't you?? Still can't think of a song yet though. Too much shit flew around me today, I have to go take a shower.

No no no, PoopyH, you are missing the point!

It's not what you blocked out! It's what you hear (or listen to) taht builds you back up! It's the music that makes ya say, "Damn, what was I thinking? I FREAKIN RULE!!!" We all have at least one!

Oh, and yes, the jukebox!! Those of us born in 1970 and the peers of Generation X DO remember jukeboxes (actually, many STILL exist in bars, ya know!)

Spitfire,
Jukebox??? When were you born, woman?  No, I don't have a song, I've blocked all those unpleasant memories out of my head to make room for evil plans for retribution, hehehe.

Many different songs by bands like Pantera and the Suicidal Tendencies...
or Godsmack's Get away from me!

AWinters...I wish I could help you think of the song
that reminds you of your husband. Can you think of any description or lyrics? I bet if we all put our heads together, we will find it!

It's funny you mentioned it...
but I know the Eagles have gotten both my Mom and I through a lot of rough times.  I'm trying to think of songs.  I know there are a lot.  I remember being so depressed about something at some point that I couldn't even listen to music.  This is very unusual for me.  It was a song that I heard on the radio that actually made me start listening to music again which seemed to drag me out of depression.  I guess a good "what was I think song?" would be something that makes me REALLY feel like...Bonnie Tyler's (spelling?) It's a Heartache.  I like the description in the song.  Lately, there's another song I've been hearing on the radio that reminds me a lot of my husband, but I've been unable to find out the name or artist.  ~ A. Winters ~
