Well, Kind of . . . .
But what is really messing Kerry up is the official records and the opposing memoories of many more people than those surrounding him, which, BTW, he is wineing and dineing very well.
Also suspicious is how Kerry has chosen to release some records but not all records.

I would hope that a presidential candidate would settle on a true account! 
To keep changing a story indicates that at least one version is a lie.
