Is meeting deadlines inefficient in some way? Maybe there is a way you can reorganize what you do to get more work done, or maybe implement some new procedures so that you don't have to spend so much time getting stuff done. *shrugs*

That's what happens when you're on a salary.
I don't think I could be paid enough to work on a salary. Thankfully, I'm hourly.
