I've always been good at selling myself on paper, but I've always tended to go to pieces in interviews.  In the end I've fallen back on using good old feminine wiles, but that probably won't work for you.  Sorry, haven't been much help really, have I.  Good Luck anyway!

kooka

I really was just playing with you in my blog…

I just read the last several posts you have made here…and I want you to know that it is a real pleasure to have the opportunity to get to know a little bit more about you and your life. Keep your head up and your eyes open…you will know it when the right job presents itself…

Do not be afraid to try and do something you have never done before…because that may be what is thrown before you…and remember that interviewers are just as confused...as they make you feel. I wish you luck.

You Are…you are here…and you are now…so just do it. If something goes wrong, then it is not where you are meant to be…

I wish you the best of luck on your search…

it's been a long time for me too.
except i interviewed for a coupe part tim ejobs last year thought did splendidly didn't get them.
it's tough figureing it out.
it's like the rest of life
people are attracted to certain types of people.
sexiness has a lot to do with it -- not attributes or experience or what counts.

Thanks
I sent it to you. Although I took out the personal info, such as address and phone number. Can't have you stalking me now, the wife wouldn't like that.

One headhunter found my resume and does have it. She called about one job, but I was not willing to relocate. She said she would call if she had any others that might be right for me.

kooka, I used to work in a placement agency and would be glad to
look at your resume.  Also, have you tried a headhunter?
