It is little surprise that evverything is catching up to you physically
but do take care of yourself or alternatively take to your bed for a couple of days .

Hang in there
There are going to be many days that are up and many that are down. Emotions will run rapid and there won't be any explanation. The best theraphy is to make yourself do the things that you enjoy. Insomnia is no fun-- I have fought it since I was a teen and more so the last three weeks. When I cant sleep I write! It may be nonsense at the time but months will go by and I re-read those thoughts and they have been productive for me. Keep a journal. It helps.

Try and take care of yourself...even tho you don't feel up to it..old letters are nice...they let you cry and help put you back on track--- eventually...
