Hi TG.. I wanted to do yoga, but I never got around to it. Actually I just couldn't afford the 150 a month classes. Especially with all the drama going on at my work. I just got a pregnancy pilates dvd. But I'm worried maybe it's a little too late to start an excerise program? I do some regular stretching. Then 2 or 3 times a week I"m on my feet running around serving drinks from 6-8 hours.

The 100% Shae butter should work...
Raw cocoa fat, rather than the butter is good too.

I've never been preggers....
But after my accident, my brain injury made my hypersensitive skin outrageously ichy. I would scratch in my sleep. What I can tell you is Aveeno baths and lotions. They have one Aveeno lotion with this menthol in it that feels so good, and doesn't smell icky. There is a gold bond powder that works, too. I bought my best friend the shea butter stuff from Bath & Body works, she swore by it. Plus, I would try talking to someone good and knowledgable at like...hmmm, what's in L.A.....Mr. Gooches....about a what you can take like fatty acids or omegas that might help. Maybe you should put stuff like that on a registry for Mommy, eh? We should go vitamin or anti-itchy stuff shopping after the party that Saturday and see what we can find. (Yes, I'm coming up). Oh, the bodysuit....I sent you a costume alternative, but, you can get a nude bodysuit at Danskin. I will probably tell you all this on the phone before you read this anyway.....but comments are fun....

hi daisysface
I took baths and lubed up with creams, but after about 7 1/2 months I was afraid to get in and out of the tub (The apartment we lived in had a deep tub), and after that I didn't feel like doing anything, but walking and scratching. What a terrible image, but it's true. I tried not to do it in public ~ too much, but geez I just figured I was pregnant and most people would forgive my social indiscretions. I really don't have any stretch marks. So I guess my secrete is - do it in public. no, I mean stay lubed. I have always used cream after the bath. Keep us posted!!!
