and scientists/researches believed that there was a gene responsible for making some people gay too, that doesn't mean it's true.

Both of your views fit mine. Everything is a chemical reaction. We are walking bags of chemicals. But the question is, as Friar stated - how did the gene get there? Are we the only animals with it? Why does the gene work in some and not in others? It's all very interesting.

It is a claim
that should be understood within the context of the tendency to reduce everything to chemicals and other things that can be observed and plotted on a graph.
But, even if it were true, how did it get there? Do we find the same thing among animals?

Everything you can think of is a chemical reaction in the brain...that
neither proves or disproves God...it simply allows us an avenue to experience him. If our brains were dead, we wouldn't have that avenue.
