Alf, it's a bit vague, but if you're asking me if I "get it" psychically...
I think I might be. I hope I'm wrong, though.

Spitfire...
It will sound a little weird, but by the time I came out of the woods I had found him, he was inside of me. After that I was able to deal with him. Does that make sense?

Wow, that is a toughie....I have
been faced with alot of things, but when I think of overwhelmed I think of paralized with fear. I was faced with my son almost falling out a 5 story window one time, I was so scared I was nauseous but I wasn't paralized, I was still able to save him. I think the scaredest I have ever been was when I was 13 and I went into the woods at night alone to confront my wolf-man fear. That was paralizing for me, I thought my heart was going to explode and I would just die.

Oh, HA HA, canine!! But I do figure you've overcome quite a lot of fears
in your field just as I'm sure Whammie has, too. I know I was quite fearful of certain aggressive animals when I first started in my career.

No doubt, Hollee. What the hell is wrong with those Fear Factor people?
I think they only win like $50,000, right? Not nearly enough for me to drink ground up rat or something. No frickin way.

K, Symph. I'll wait.
But hey, I think if you were ever fearful of being mugged, you may have overcome some of that now! You brave little woman you!

Wow, Brimstone. Afraid of success, are we?
It's actually quite common!

Yeah, tg, aren't we all?! Well, you can think of just one example that
would really throw you for a loop. Think of your phobias or fears then apply that to a situation.

-- OOH Canine Shivers --
I've been shot at. I've delivered a baby. I've been stabbed. I've been beaten to a bloody pulp. The scariest thing that I've ever done is to allow others to read my writing.

Reaching into a nest of cockroaches for whatever stupid reason someone
me-like I'd win a million bucks if I did it. Or eating one.

It sounds corny and cliche, I know...
...but it I was offered "success", I do believe with all my heart that I would get scared and run away from it.
Very thought provoking post.
