Howdy,

While I was working on my master's degree, I spent some time with a psychiatric nurse practitioner.  That experience was invaluable, and one thing she highly recommends to her clients is walking for 20-30 minutes daily.  Is that something you're physicall able to do?  I find, too, that when I'm getting frustrated with life or what have you, I always feel so much better when I can get outside and walk for awhile.  It helps that I have a dog who needs to be exercised every day.

Just a thought. . . and hang in there!  Oh yes, and the journaling is an excellent, cathartic activity.  Keep up with that!
