Jemmie, When you can turn your pain
into Art, as you have done here with your dream, you are on the right track.
It's good reading you again. My daughter lost her dad (my husband) too when she was young.

Mikes Goddess
Thank you for your comment and support.  It is a trying time, but I am slowly feeling better with each day.  I know Daddy will be with me always in my heart and watching over me from the otherworld.

Loss...

You are brave because you can share with us what you are going through. My thoughts are with you. Only time heals. May the divine be with you.

Dreams can be a way of being in touch

I think your dream was your Daddy's way of letting you know he's right there with you.

Take care,

Thanks sweetie.  It's been really hard for me these last couple of months.  Should I feel the need, I'll drop you a line.  I know I have your webpage bookmarked somewhere.

I've Just Read...

...that you lost your Dad, and I'm so sorry. I lost mine in 2000 to cancer. It's horrible. But it kinda places you in a new group, as it were - a group who have lost a parent. We know the pain, and we can be supportive of each other.

You know where I am.

Bereavement and grief are

part of the long process of mourning.

Peace be with you.
