The thought has crossed my mind...

the big problem is that they were handmade by one of the uncles. Sigh. If I put them on E-bay, the fam might see and be offended. If I did manage to sell them, how would I ship them? One of them got broken on its way to us the first time (one of the six-foot spinal columns. lol.)

So it seems that, for right now at least, the attic is the best place for them. The kids can figure it out when they are old enough to have their own place.
