Just keep writing!
...And keep pressing on. Sooner, rather than later, the medication will take it's full effect and you'll be feeling better and back on your feet.

It's wonderful that you and the boss have worked all this out, UH.
You deserve it.
As far as the stories coming easier than the writing in the journal, it is because it is a different type of writing. The stories would be more creative, overall, and sometimes this is just easier to do for all of us, rather than the writing we feel should be done. As long as you can write, and can function as well as you are now, I would view that as a positive sign. Don't focus on the type of writing too much. Just keep some writing as an anchor. I'm cheering for you as always!
