Jemmie, reach out to your friends, here and wherever...
Jemmie, the people here on Blogit are friends, different friends than who you hang out with, but friends nonetheless. We do care about you and want to help if we can.
So lean on us, ask our advice, and we will give you what we know. Take it in, with a grain of salt sometimes, but it will be coming from the heart.
The cutting is a pain release I think. Your life has had so much pain, it's hard to find a way to rid yourself of some.
Write about it Jemmie, you have a gift, there is no doubt about that. It might help to heal.
We are all here to listen.

Clearly you are depressed---no shit, huh? But the fact that you are a "cutter" shows more than depression, that shows sel-loathing, and/or a tendency to punish yourself. It also shows anger.
I don't know your background, but if you have no resources, does social services offer any assistance? What about an Adult Children of Alcoholics Chapter if that is the case.
I am sincerely sorry for your pain, and the hurts that people, especially family, have dealt you thoughout life.
