Jems, I got that after-the-fact!
I really was never a fan of Rocky & Bullwinkle as a kid cause Bullwinkle's voice drove me nuts! I didn't realize Rocky was a Flyer! I'm glad I know now. I'd love to see a cartoon these days!

Rocky, thank you. But please,
stick to your usual torture of bringing pieces of small animals to the warden, huh? Just leave us squirrels be, K?
Thank you in advance,
Stan the Flyin' Man and Lilly Bugs

Awww...
I'm glad you found him. I was afraid you gave him a spin in the dryer like I did my cat last week...

Regarding Rocky
I do believe kingmi meant Rocky of Rocky and Bullwinkle fame. Moose and squir-rel. (Said in a fake Russian accent)

He was Rocky the Flying Squirrel. I know. I had to listen to that every single day when my boys arrived home from school and gathered around the TV with their afterschool snack of peanut butter and milk.

OH, Taps, Thank you! But, was Rocky a "Flying Squirrel"?
I thought he was just a regular squirrel. Like, "moose & squirrel!" Oh, and thank you for saying I may be too young to remember.
Ya made my night!!!

I told him what his Aunt Pecan said....
we'll have to see if it does any good. However, I need your wildlife vet friends advice about something else! I'll call you in the next few days about that. Anyway, I'm glad he found me. Man, they sure do have a great ability of scent! More than I thought! This bathroom was all the way across the house from the utility room attack where he first got lost!

Spitfire, I don't think you are old enough. I think he meant Rocky of "Rocky and Bullwinkle", the old cartoon of the 1960's. Good post here. I can just see you crawling through the cobwebs.

Great Story
It had everything; drama, adventure, comedy, and (thank goodness) a happy ending. Stan! Aunt Pecan says don't do that again!!!

My heart was pounding! I thought the worst! I won't even begin to tell you the horrible images I had running through my mind. Never scare me like that again!
I'm really glad he came back down to you.
