Good ideas...One question...
I like the idea of a worker exchange program.  However, the whole idea of exchanging is to switch places.  If Mexico's economy can't support Mexican workers, how would it support exchanging one for an American one (or any other for that matter)?  Otherwise, I agree.

40 years is such a short time and you are so right, an incredible amount has happened since then. Let's hope a lot more good happens worldwide in the next 40 years.
