It's not wrong, but this should be amply clear to
..the man or made clear to the man if he seems to take it in another sense. It's the conditioning that makes men this way. What say?

Dear Taffy, I'm touched by your openheartedness in what appears to be a rather subtile matter. I believe that as long as you keep to the certain tandards that you put up, it's quite allright to have numerous friends of the opposite sex. Also involving and talking about it with your partner is very important, jealousy is a wicked thing!

There are plenty of good intentions by males and females concerning honest and genuine friendship, but my experience has learned me very fast that this is a very very tiny bit of the whole lot. Unfortunately! Know what I mean?
